Default Q Jet Question
Installed an electric choke on my '76 Corvette Q Jet.
I am wondering how best to plug the hole in the carburetor where the old heat tube entered.

There are probably 100 ways to do that. Several of them require the use of duct tape and/or silicone sealant...

P.S. I thought the choke on a '76 C3 was a "divorced" type, rather than a heat tube???

Early '76. My thought was to tap the hole for a pipe plug or bolt

Both tubes connected to pipes on the carb, didn't they?
Use rubber caps.
