FWIW: that's a 1976 steering wheel and it's likely the column is also 76. It's tilt/tele.

Looks like the gauges, door panels and the passenger side pocket were added from a later year as well. Maybe the top dash as well. Jerry

Is there a Hurst shifter between the T-Handle and the 4-speed? And a center bezel that wasn't cut up to put in a 1-DIN radio? You win!

The transmission console plate is not a '68 part, either. That only had the crossed flags logo in the middle of that plate, without any engine data info. The '68 did not have tilt/tele available in it. It only had the telescoping column as an option. Tilt/tele option started in '69. Nothing 'wrong' with those parts in your car; they will all fit/function the same.

except the ignition switch. you have to stick a rubber ducky in the hole the ign switch is supposed to go. or maybe it is a late 68 OEM rubber ducky...

Well, that critter has to fit somewhere! Might as well be in that empty ignition switch hole. Or you could insert a big red button labeled "PASSENGER EJECTION SEAT".....
