The vinyl surface on that door panel is so hard and brittle, any force on the surface will create more cracking. Could you repair it? Maybe. But I'm not sure that the effort you put into it would be well spent. It may be the right time to put that one out to pasture. And I don't say that easily. As many folks on the Forum know, I'll go a long way to save an original part....if it's possible.
One option would be to find a used door panel in decent condition. If it has minor damage, do the repairs, then recolor it to match your interior. I will assume that the other door looks in similar condition?
