In short yes. These were my brothers stock 18/19" c6 wheels that i tried on for fun. Front tires were stock size and the rears were just slightly wider that stock. At that time I was running c5z06 wheels. In the pics you see i have a 2.5" adapter on the front and a 3" adapter on the rear. The rear tires barely rubbed the frame (again these were slightly larger than stock size tires). I do have offset tarms, but I'm sure if you just relocated ebrake cable you'd be ok along with stock rear tire size a slightly wider adapter.
If i was going to run these wheels I definitely would've gone with a wider adapter (maybe 2.75") on the fronts and something a bit wider (idk, 3.125 or 3.25") on the rears.
