c5er here forgive the intrusion . over at school shooting the basket ball this morning and as i was about to leave a red c3 pulled up next to me . turned out to be a really nice couple that had lived across street from us until a couple years ago . one of the mans friends had ordered a 2020 vette and talked this man into buying his c3 . seller had purchased it in 1978 . it is all original except some small thing i have forgotten . i said '' hope tires aren't original '' . the reply was '' no , he put them on in 1980'' . nice car with 35,000 miles on it could use a buff and polish but really nice . . . .peace,,,,,,,ps, stick shift not automatic .
