Default 1973 glovebox light question

The center compartment behind my seats has a lens for a light. The compartment on the passenger side has an area where it looks like a light would mount, but I can’t figure out how it would mount and how it would be switched because mine is missing. Can anyone show me what it should look like?

I’ve been trying to buy one, but I can’t seem to find one that is specifically for a 73

There is supposed to be a push pin switch on the center door frame that the door hits and turns off when closed.

There's no hole in his rear compartment frame because someone has previously changed the frame. Chevrolet dropped the glove box light in 77, but the frames still had the spot for the switch. The repro 3 door frames come without a hole also, so that they can be used on any 68-79. You just have to drill the hole if you're using the frame on a year that came with the glove box lamp.
