'69 Headlight issues - low beam problem
When my low beams are on, only the single outboard LH headlight comes on.
When my high beams are on, all four headlights come on.
Is there a high and low beam filament in the outboard bulbs? If that is the case I'm wondering if the RH low beam filament has failed?
Or I was thinking maybe the high beam floor mounted switch may be broken?
I have jiggled/removed/re-installed all four headlamp bulb connections and it made no difference.

Yes there are high beam filaments in the outer lights.
iF THE BULB IS GOOD :
Put in a Relay and rewire the headlights. They will be brighter and work better.
Or you can trace the wire and find the break .

I would suspect the bulb over the wiring, Take out the bad bulb and put it on the bench, then take a meter and look for power on the wires, or take the working bulb and swap it to the suspect wiring and see if it works....

That is exactly how they are supposed to work: Outer low-beam lamps for normal driving; all four lamps when hi-beams are selected. Outer bulbs have hi and lo beam filaments; inners are only hi beam filament lamps.
