I have a sunvisor that won't stay up, it keeps dropping down. Is there a way to repair this problem, or a repair kit for this problem?

i pulled the shaft out of the visor ( wiggle and pull, maybe add wd40) then i squezed the clamps inside the visor some, roughed up the shaft a bit and reinserted. Worked great for me

For my 68, I removed the end pins smacked the visor gently.... operative word here is gently with a plastic mallet.
Reinserted the end pins which fit snug and no more auto deployment.

That’s consistent with my experience. With a loose visor, it can generally be as simple as just compressing the clamps inside the visor with pliers, which will usually tighten it up quite a bit. A little bit can go a long way, so compress gently and then test the tension by working it.

Conversely, if the visor is too tight, drop a bit of penetrating oil down the shaft, and then work it. Once it loosens up to just right, I’ve noticed it will tend to stay that way.

I think you can tighten the philipshead screw....if that doesnt help, use the fixes other members have suggested.
