Default Argent Silver paint codes
I’ve done quite a bit of research and still not sure if I have the correct color for my 71 wheel paint. I had some PPG 8568 Argent Silver mixed but it looks too bright, has anyone used this code?

Typo error? I think PPG 8586 was Argent Silver.

Not sure! I told them 8568 and it looks pretty close. The painter is going to do a test spray today, not really sure I will no exactly what I’m looking at though.

I looked over some of my notes....looks like the 8586 has the green tint for pre 71 wheels.

I put 4 drops of green toner in 2 oz of the argent to give it the correct tint for 71 and older wheels.
