Default 71BB wiring disconnected?

I have passed my rite of passage and have removed the gauge and shifter consoles in my pursuit of a new interior. Looking under the passenger side dash I notice a couple of relays? that are purposefully disconnected. I don’t have manuals to refer to so was looking for some help to ID what was disconnected.

Two relays disconnected. Wiring down and to the left.

The Blocking relay would kill power to the blower motor not to run after turning the key off. THAT is the proper name that GM has on diagram. Blocking relay.
Then when turning on AC , carb selenoid would kick in, increasing rpm so engine would handle extra load. If not would probably cause engine to stall at lower rpm, causing ac compressor probably to lock up.

Is the TCS Solenoid still there and mounted on the front of the carburetor?

Yessir it is. But the car has been converted to electronic ignition. Would imagine that was part of the conversion? Still very a much a novice in that realm and eager to learn!
