Default 1976 Horns

I see a horn inside the drivers side rear fender on my 76. Is that normal location for one of the 2 horns?

Now do you want to see if it works?
Stick your door key into that ugly lock next to the Stingray emblem on the fender.
Open the door & turn the key to the right.
Is it going off?......

Weird. Do you mean it doesn't fit in at all or just doesn't turn?

You might try spraying a little WD-40 on the key & moving it around in the lock.
I suppose it could also be someone replaced the alarm lock.
If you happened to get 1 or 2 extra door keys maybe try them......
