1969 corvette L46

Could someone tell me where these brackets go in my car? Or are they even part of my car?

I think they go around the removable rear window locks.

I apologize but I don't see that part on that page.. # 6 was a rivet.. Am I on the wrong page?

What I am actually looking for now is the part number of the fasteners which attach the bracket.
