I was really on the fence with that as well but both options are awesome and have there pros and cons. But yes your build looks awesome I like the valve covers👍
I am getting the flares from custom image corvettes so I can get some wide rubber, upgrading the teams but ultimately probably go with a manual. But yes still have to do rear end, suspension, brakes, wheels and tires etc etc etc

Just remember that spinning tires is cheaper than breaking U-joints. Traction can do bad things if you don’t upgrade the entire drivetrain.
I have a Toms 12 bolt built by Gary Ramadei. 1350 on the halfshafts. 1330/1310 on driveshaft due to clearance issues.

I have a Super 10 bolt, built by Gary Ramadei, (GTR1999) with Tom's 31 spline axles, Tom's 1350 halfshafts and 1330/1310 driveshaft U-joints.
All solid Spicer.
I'll be running 17" X 8" wheels and 255-50-17 tires.
I did my research and found it is better to have some slip in the rear tires, as stated above.
But, I have to admit, C3's with fender flares are cool.

Like the build, id do it totally identical!! except maybe a single plane
Post pics of the flares, love the way C3s look with them..even the recessed corvette summer type lights.
