Default Headlights are back in...

Headlight restoration finished and installed in the car. Challenging pieces to work on and even more so to get aligned correctly in the car. Glad that's done.

Looks good
All that little stuff that takes a lot of tedious work, makes for big steps forward

Thanks Mooser! Pretty complex system for headlights, but lots of details in them which I enjoy.

For me the surprising part was that the headlight pots had the specific order (C B D A) that made no sense what-so-ever, must have been something left over from previous years or ???.

Been there Adam. That's pretty intricate work, nice job. Yes, all Corvettes have that crazy lettering system for the pots. Don't know who came up with that .

Yes, I found the same thing on the pots. Mooser - it may have been a very old post of yours where I found that info, so thanks for that! The best part of this is that they (manually at this point) go up and down like butter!

I'm sure it's posted a bunch of places, not sure where I ever found it but I was lucky I saw it and thought it was strange at the time so when I put mine together I remembered it was strange and checked before putting them together...

Yep... It hit me the other day that I've been working on this car (on and off due to life) for 9 years. How is that possible!??
