Default What is this?

Vette: 1970 C3 LS5

Anybody have any idea what this is?

Seeing as I just got the car about a month ago, I haven't had the time to actually investigate. The car is in storage, so access to it is limited. I've asked the mechanic to look into it.

Thought I would ask in here as well.

Hello. Don't know if it's accurate but I've read where the blower is about as strong as a mouse fart. Sure it was never made for a cold Montreal day! Take care.

No worries. The car will never see rain or snow or freezing temps.

You may want to zip tie that low hanging black cable up(goes to the ball vent) before your shoe rips it out. Don't ask me how I know.

Yup. A few things to do, for sure.
I'm also not crazy about loose and hanging things around the pedals.
