Headlight Stop Rubber Bumpers?

Default Headlight Stop Rubber Bumpers?
Some of the photos posted of the headlight stop bolts show rubber bumpers similar to the ones located on the seat back stops. Although similar in design they have a different bolt size threads. The ones I recently ordered from Paragon do not include these rubber bumpers. Did the original stop come complete with the rubber stops or not? If so, do you know which vendor sells them?

IIRC they are the same as the ones for the hood stops on the cars up to 76

What year might we be talking about? Earlier C3’s didn’t come with those bumpers from the factory.
