This year I switched to Grundy. 15,000 agreed value for 163 a yr. Must be garage kept. Also must not be a daily driver, in other words you must have another car registered in your name.
I'm with State Farm. Full coverage, 250,000/500,000/100,000 plus medical, towing, uninsured motorist, for $240 per year. Plus they let me drop all coverage and only charge me for comprehensive over the winter when I don't drive the car.(I keep comprehensive on year round). No restrictions. I've been doing this with them for over 40 years.

What is the "agreed value" of the car? It should be stated in the policy paperwork if it you are expecting SF to pay the market rate to replace it and not the depreciated value of a 60 year old car.
My policy, for my 1971, is about the same. The agreed value is 30k which was accepted. State Farm rep easy to work with. I should say that we also have our home and 3 other vehicles insured with them.

$35,000. It's a 72 coupe, 454, 4 speed, original owner. I will add as Carl Granquist mentioned, I have 4 other cars with them ( 2 other corvettes), homeowners, and an umbrella policy. That could make a difference.
Member Adam Boca with NCM has good rates A1 service. He may write Hagerty also
For a weekend driver give him a try had a few policies w/him for yrs. Hagerty has a policy for casual use now same coverage/prices
Give Adam a shot..support a family...
I pay under 500 for an 88 vert and 67 Camino combined value of 50k. Can drive anywhere I want..cant beat it!
0 deductible too.
I'm covered by American Modern (https://www.amig.com/insurance/collector-car/) - hint, they are the underwriter for several major companies including NCM. I've been with them for several years now. Our 1982 has agreed upon value and I can drive 1,000 miles a year (sadly, I only drive about 300 a year). The '04 Z06/Z16 also covered, agreed upon value and can drive 3,000 miles a year (this one sees about 1,000 miles a year). They bundle the comprehensive, collision, uninsured motorist, etc. for overall policy. Totals: the 1982 cost $97, the Z $300 and the policy, $50.
I'm not sure if age is a factor, but the quote I received Hagerty is $700.00 per year. I'm 34 years old, car value 20k, garage keep, no more than 1-2k miles a year.
sound over price to me
I've been with Hagerty for 11 years with an agreed price of $30,000 @ $349.00. I have the roadside club also at $175.00 per year which covers all of my cars. I have used the roadside 3 times and had 1 collision claim 8 years ago and the rate increased slightly. Their service each time I've called has been top notch and easy settlement.
I just got a quote from hagerty. Declared value of $15000 on my 78. No mile limits but I assume they aren’t talking daily driver. Not sure because I just started looking. I am almost 70 yrs old and quote was for $290 a year. I haven’t finished application yet so not sure if the rate will change. Thanks for the thread since it has given me some more ideas

I'm 50 and Hagerty gave me a crap quote also. For my '71 454 $40K value they wanted over $600. Went with Grundy for $300/year. I dropped NCM/American Modern earlier this year when they cancelled everyone and offered new policies at 30% premium increase.
I'm with JC Taylor out of Penna.
I have been insured since 2011 with them.
25k agreed value w/o getting an appraisal.
No mileage restrictions, just can't use for a daily driver.
$213 a year.
