Getting ready to start putting front of car back together and am wondering whether I should install front bumpers first or start with the grilles? I do have the aim but would rather draw from experience on this forum. Thanks Phil

I always do the grills last when ever I work in that area, THat being said I havent played with my bumpers at all. Its just easier to get at any thing in there without the grills in, especially if you have to get in there for any final adjustments or have to go back for the light bulbs, radiator front weather stripping, etc, or something
While I'm thinking about it the radiator support has one or 2 seals at the bottom that you should put in before you put those grills back on. if you look through the grill openings you will see daylight under the support and where the valance attaches. THeres a seal that goes there. That air box in front of the radiator should be completely sealed when the hood closes so that any air that is forced up through the 2 holes in front of the air dam has no where to go but through the radiator.
