This part on my corvette is a rusty and I would like tto change it but can't find it anywhere.
In assembly manual it is marked as:
3977715 plate asm-inner seat belt mtc
Since you'll have to take the old one out to put a new one in anyway, how about removing the old one and having it glass beaded/sand blasted to determine whether you really need to find a replacement?

Unfortunately I need a new one. One part of it is missing.
Try using Google to search for Used Corvette Part Sellers. I spoke with a place on the East Coast, but don’t recall the name. I did purchase a part from a place in CA, look on eBay for Specific Year Corvette parts, filter them with used, Chevrolet, GM. Even if they don’t list the part you are seeking, they may have it on a salvage car.
