I can't help with any shops local to you - I'm close, but I'm out in the Central Valley. As Kingkohlmn mentioned, if nobody local chimes in here, you could try a FaceBook or google search for local classic car clubs. The shop wouldn't have to be corvette specific, just one that specializes in older cars. Being close to the Bay Area, there should be quite a few good shops around.
