Is there not a bulb out now that isn't hyper flashing? Like just a plug and play bulb into the regular socket? My taillights are dim and I thought I would look around but don't see any at the stores. Would like to get brake lights and turn signal in front bad back LED so they are bright.

No matter what bulbs you use, you will need to change the turn signal flasher and emergency flasher to electronic flashers with the grounding wire and you need to change BOTH front side marker lights to LED. Other than that you can make any brand you like work. MY '74 has all exterior lights converted to LED and I have zero load resistors installed.

Fisher, did you have to use the reverse polarity base?
