Alright guys, I did a thing - since it appears the other member is no longer active on this forum anymore, I decided to 3D print my own radio bezel. I haven't installed it yet, but I've printed a mock up to check the size, and it seems to fit and cover everything. I made a few different designs and posted them to Thingiverse, so use the links below to download the files for yourself. It includes STL, OBJ, and GLTF files, so my hope is you should be able to edit the files to fit your application, if need be.
I have a Holley Pro Dash, and thus didn't need the cut outs for gauges, so my files do not have those. Instead, I designed them to have the radio up top and a small cubby hole for storage underneath (since I felt just the radio alone looked too bland). If anyone has any better ideas to make use to the space, let me know and I'll try to mock up another file!

- Face plate with no cut outs at all.
