One suggestion, whatever rear wheels you get, go maybe an inch wider/or backspaced, to make them stick out a touch more, fill the flare better. Or maybe it's just me. I obsess about stance and wheel/tire combos. I will be lowering and changing mine up as well.

Right now I’m running a 295 I think I could make the adjustment with backspacing but I do agree the tire bulge has to be at least flush with the outside edge of the flare.

I have 275's in the back and 255's in the front with the Eckler ZL1 flairs.
Keep an eye on your front tire size, as a driver car on mid Illinois roads the rear flairs will pick up lots of damage. This was from 20 years of driving.
Something to think about, with a new paint we went with a clear 3m coating film on the rear flairs.

The American Vectors look good and so do the other choices.
I stayed with my Western Wheel Turbines and just bought new tires last year.
