If your cooling system is completely empty (engine drained, also), put in 2 gallons of 100% antifreeze. Then fill the system with distilled water (probably another 2 gallons, or a little more).
If you did not drain the engine, just put in ONE gallon of 100% antifreeze and fill with distilled water.
