with the horns and the headlight relay there it is a pain in the As- but it can be done. You just cant see what you are doing

If you don't have a front license plate, just remove the center grille. Pre thread the emblem nuts onto the emblem mounting studs and do not tighten it too tight. Lou.

You could also put some clear Gorilla emblem tape on the underside of the crossed flags and use a sharp X-acto to remove excess material. Then pull the covering off the remaining tape, engage pins in hoes and press in place. Just snug the sheet metal nuts down for permanent attachment. This will provide a 'padded' surface for the emblem so that it doesn't vibrate/rub into the paint. It is removable (dental floss and Goo Gone).
