It was replaced but it doesn't have the Astro Ventilation on it. That has always been on my list of things to replace I just didn't want to spend the money on new glass with the scripts on it.
This will save me a ton of money. I didn't even think of looking for a sticker.

I know. I was going to buy one but got two just so I'd feel good about paying more for the sticker than shipping.

Thanks, if I recall your 68 is an honest reflection of original. I’ll put the script on the XX glass and think about replacing with AZ (Sept 67) glass.
I see a right hand one on eBay but it’s pretty scratched up.

My Dec. '67 build has the Script. The driver door-glass was shattered/I bought an Ebay used replacement...
being a rookie I didn't notice the Astro script until the glass arrived. (my '69 Camaro had the script)

My near end of March 68 coupe had the astro ventilation script. My six year old replaced glass has it also. I just didn't pay extra for date coding on it. Lou.

I saw the availability of new glass that could be date coded. What does the judges think of this non original glass replacement?

A experienced exterior judge will be able to see the differences between original and a reproduction glass. In general the thickness is thinner on the reproduction and the lettering and date code are shaped differently. At the minimum you will lose 40% of the available judging points.
