Drive shaft
A while ago i did a th400 to muncie swap and i got some vibrations. Since I’m using the drive shaft from the automatic gearbox im wondering if that can be the culprint. Anyone knows if it’s any differences between an auto and manual drive shaft ?

For your 1970, the manual transmission cars used 1310 u-joints in the driveshaft whereas the automatics used a slightly larger 1330 joint. (Halfshafts all used 1350s).
Your distance between joint centerline should be 29.50 inches (74.93mm).
Many other potential reasons for the vibration:
Clutch/flywheel not balanced
Bell housing alignment (not dialed in)
Worn bearings in transmission.
