A 72 , left the local drinking establishment not very well. Driver left the scene so interesting to hear how his insurance claim will end.

In W.A it's not mandatory for any new registered C3 to get converted anymore . It used to be but the manufactured date has moved up to 1988 .(or maybe younger now) for mandatory conversions.

If it were local I'ld take the wheels to help out the owner with the "theft " recovery...Im sure he was car jacked as he left the drinking establishment

Well just an update , insurance paid out , agreed value , owner is happy with result as he gets the car as well . Now he wants to sell the wreck , we have to see what class of wreck it is now . repairable write off OR statutory write off . If its the latter its just parts . Standby for some pics later on .

I'ld like the wheels for sure!!! Too bad it would cost as much as a car to ship them!!

Left front wheel is 100mm back compared to right side , power steer pump pulley has been impacted by front crossmember .

Doors and Targa,s still open and close fine. All the metal at the front is bent , it's a repairable write off so we will see how quick it sells . It's still drivable (on and off a trailer ! )

Left lower A arm twisted badly , right lower not as bad , but it's torn the frame right by the mounting point. It's going to need straightening I guess . Or just used for patch sections. This car had zero rust anywhere , what a shame. Find out more this weekend .
