All the others were pretty low too. Its no race engine. I'm just not a fan ov the small block Chev. Never have been. The ONLY positive, as i saw, with that engine is that they were stupid-cheap to build. Now even thats lost. Maybe i just live in the wrong place. EVERYONE here is building a Chevy. As i have mentioned several times, 150 is the goal. I'm in no hurry to peg the speedo just yet. Nice to have GOALS, you know? And dont worry, unless you're messin' around on the Prairies in a couple years you're in no danger.

Just being realistic, I did give some constructive criticism, you just haven't figured out what I said yet. I'm sure you will figure it out, but unless your budget gets bigger or you
really really figure out thinks I am wiling to bet $1000.00 you don't hit 150 MPH for your extended jaunts, will have to video you in your car & showing the speedo and mile markers
& I'll send it. beware my time is limited so the offer expires in 3 years.

Not sure what the fiberglass car quote means ?
with money & time both steel, aluminum, fiberglass & carbon fiber cars can be made to go fast.

take a couple breaths of fresh air & slow down a bit

It seems C3’s get very light in the front at anything over 120mph (or so I’ve heard).

Heh... 3 years is a lot ov time. Even in rapey BC. We'll see...

Fiberglass cars means FG bends under pressure, steel doesn't.

Yeah, much as i dont really like the look, it'll get some kind ov air dam up front, and some engine compartment venting. Might even experiment with some belly pan tricks... thats dirt cheap to play with. But this is getting way ahead ov the game here...
