Do yourself a favor and go to Harbor Freight and buy a $5 spark checking tool. It goes inline between a spark plug and spark plug wire. I lights when you have spark running through it. No light, no spark. People will say you can just ground the plug wire to something and look for spark, but then you take a chance on getting shocked. Use the spark checker to eliminate that as a problem, or narrow down your problem if it doesn't light.
