Correct trim tag

Correct trim tag
Hi on a 1972 besides the trim tag where can i find info on the factory color .. owner does not have paperwork .. car was repainted but the trim tag looks brand new and so do the rivets. Thanks

all 72 trim tags look brand new, looking under the door sills is a good indicator, or tail light housing

Post a picture of the trim tag and I can tell you if it is original or a repo

Remove the 4 screws and look under the door sill. You should still see original paint unless the carpet/interior was removed.

71 Green 454 is correct but I would go even further and look under the carpet itself.
DKM-106 along with some other members here can identify a real tag so you might want to post a pic if you can if you are concerned it’s a repro.
