most heavily modded vettes look like abominations. this is not bad. and way cheaper than the least pricey used viper. ain't gonna catch a viper.

Probably one of the better looking heavily modded C3s...complete with C4 badging. lol The rear needs to come down a lot more as well to look better.

I thought it was funny, he wasn't that young either, late 20s early 30s, probably from the Middle East. On the other side of the coin, I have a hard time telling modern cars apart...
