Hang around Melbourne Beach, FL long enough and you might see the REAL Batmobile. Ex NFL'er Doug Flutie has it and can be seen tooling around in it occasionally. He also has an original Smokey and the Bandit Trans Am from the movie. I personally saw him pull into beach bar/restaurant in the TA a couple weeks back. Dude is definitely not worried about keeping a low profile or whatever.

nice. I’m in that area sometimes. What’s the name of the bar?
All these "modified" cars being touted as customs, one of a kinds, or whatever are nothing more than some flippers wrecked POS, finding whatever parts for cheap from Craigslist, and then have some "non-documented" immigrants working from a non OSHA/hole in the wall shop can zip screw it together, smooth it all out with a 5 gallon pail of joint compound from home Depot and then find some sucker to buy at 5 times for what it's really worth.
I'm sorry a 69 should have 69 parts on it.
Not a fan of the changes. I like the uniqueness of the present layout. The proposed changes cheapen up the interior with a focus on open drink holders. The whole premise of a sports car is to be an innovator and not to blend in with the rest of mainstream design.
Corvette Team needs to re-think these changes. On a positive note, the handle for the passenger is a good idea but they can do better.
