There were two interior door panels used....standard and deluxe.
The standard was used with vinyl seats from '70 to '76.
The deluxe was used with leather seats from '70 to '77...

All 68-82 doors are interchangeable, in that the hinges and door latch to pin position is the same, but there were differences to the inside release hardware, convertible alignment pins and the 68 only outside release button/lock.
69 coupe and convertible and 70-77 coupe doors, are all the same.
78-82 doors are similar to the 69-77 doors, but the latch mechanism, inside lock, and attachment points for the door pull/arm rest mounting are different than earlier doors.
70-75 convertible doors are the same as the 69-77 coupe doors, except for the notch added to the top of the rear of the door frame, for the convertible only alignment pin.
68 doors have a one year only outside push button release and lock combination, not used on any other year.
