Default Carter AFB Setup (and mistake!)

Does anyone know where I can find the correct float setting for a 625 CFM Carter AFB? I seem to recall it was around 1/4" with the air horn inverted and the gasket in place, and about 3/4" drop. I set them there using a 0.250" carbide drill bit as a feeler gauge, but this rebuild kit didn't come with a spec sheet showing the proper setting.

And for your entertainment, I'll share my mistake of the day. I was not able to get the little screws for one set of throttle plates out, and I broke them off in the shaft due to getting impatient. So I had to grind off the bit of the screw protruding from the back of the shaft in order to slide it out of the carb, and then put little blobs of weld onto each broken off screw tip to turn them out. Fortunately nothing was hurt except the screws themselves, and my pride...

Broken off screws. They should be about double this length...

Removal process
Got them all out finally
