No Cerakote makes it where it can be baked or some that are air dry for like a week before installing them,I sprayed mine and they turned out great,so,time will tell if they last.
These pictured are not ceramic coating yet, will post a picture today of them,I wanted to let them dry 24 hrs before taking a picture of them, but was impressed with them.

Very interesting. How Much is it a can. I use Lauer Duracoat that is a 2 part epoxy but they put it in one can. There is a seperate chamber that is punctured from the bottom. The old formula was a one use, use immediately. The newer formula made it usable for 24 hours. It stated as a firearms finish but its great for a lot of things. Very expensive though
This is one part, and yes Cerakote website, they use it a lot for coating guns, and several different colors, and yes very expensive this was $72.00 a pint, and like $35.00 shipping,so cost me over 130 dollars,so,time will tell, and it’s just one good coat is all it calls for,so doesn’t take a lot,and never have sprayed anything like this, but was very user friendly as long as you have a good tight spray patter and not a wide pattern and they call for a .08 needle to spray.and this stuff stinks bad.lol. Will take pictures this Mourning, and not sure what the span life for this is,but I might go ahead and spray my manifold since the headers turned out so well, then I going to sell the rest of it.so,it doesn’t go to waste.but it looks great.
Before and after pictures of ceramic coating After one coat, they turned out great, very pleased. This is the color And they are touchable now,but they need to air dry at least 5 days before running them.suppose with stand 1800 degrees.
