Default 1981 Power Seat Question

Hello. Over the weekend I took out my seats to vacuum and inspect the tracks. On the driver's power seat, I was surprised to learn that the tracks are actually attached from the
underside of the car. One of the bolts that goes through the floor is broken in half and I need to replace it, but I can't get it out. There doesn't appear to be anything holding it in
the bracket. Looks like the bracket is cut in a square shape and the bolt slides right in. Hammering only bends the bracket. It doesn't budge. The top of the bolt is round and smooth with no
notches for any tool to grip. Does anybody know the trick to getting this bolt out?

Soak it in Kano Kroil and post a photo!

Heat, penetrant (Kano Kroil smells much better than PB Blaster, or you can make your own mix of half ATF half acetone), and an EZ-Out.

If you can cut the bolt, and remove the seat, it may be easier to work on.

Is there some type of cement holding it in there, or is it just frozen in? I'll buy some Kano Kroil tomorrow. How long should I let it soak?

I'd let it work overnight. Maybe over a few days, add a bit each time you think of it.
