I can say since the first of my 19 Corvettes in 1976, I’ve never given one minute’s thought to gas mileage.
Won’t be starting any time soon.
Thinking about gas mileage in my Corvette is like going to the best steak house in town and asking the waitress “how’s the salmon?”

It is as simple as this, if you can’t afford the gas you have no business owning a gas guzzler. As for me, I have not checked my gas mileage in years. If I want to drive them I have to pay the piper.

Instead of paying $50 for dinner 6 nights a week....find an eatery where you can get just a full for $25.95 .
(as a side benefit I lost 20 lbs. of unusable belly-fat the first 3 months)
....now, if I can convince my wife to do the same......)
