grady white -- your F 04 body build date translates to March 4 1975. The mirror date code can correctly precede the body build date by up to 6 months, according to the recently revised 3rd edition of the 1975-1977 NCRS Technical Information Manual and Judging Guide. A snip of page 84 is below: Your mirror date code of 10-74 fits nicely within the 6 month window.
