Original mirror Identification

Hi all, can anyone ID my 75 driver’s mirror .. my car is very original preparing

for NCRS judging in November. Thank you

I assume the glass is dated by the glass manufacturer and not when it was assembled into the mirror structure. If that's the case, might mirrors have a longer lead time from glass date to the car's production date given the extra vendor putting the mirror component together?

The mirror date code can correctly precede the body build date by up to 6 months, according to the recently revised 3rd edition of the 1975-1977 NCRS Technical Information Manual and Judging Guide.
