Either here or ebay. If you find a decent used set you may need to only repaint them. Much cheaper than reproductions or NOS. Just watch for pitting on used sets.

Here is one option. Corvette Central. PN 333001. $234.60 for a set of 68-69 chrome fender louvers. WOW, has the price gone up since I bought might from CC 12-years ago. Sign of the times I guess?
