Default Interior color change

So my 69 was originally Fathom Green with Saddle interior. But back in the early 80's they painted it red and dyed/painted the interior black. Are there any good options to get back to the saddle interior? Can I repaint and replace seat covers? The cost of replacing it all is just out of the budget.

One of the sponsors here, is the store I used for replacement parts/dye for my interior. (Top Flight/Corvette America)
The previous owner had replaced the seat covers with black vinyl, and added center console pieces also in black.
I replaced the seat covers myself, and dyed the (3) black console pieces. I didn't want to dye the seat covers,
as they get too much wear.

Now, you can get a complete interior package from sources such like I listed;
Carpet, seat covers or complete recovered units, door panels, etc.
Just depends how much you want to do yourself and/or spend.
The dye I used was in spray cans (2 of them) at ~20oz each. Covering up the black
turned out ok after 2 coats, but it didn't go far. I only got the 3 console parts, and 2 seat
back plastic covered completed. The dye is also available in quart jars.

Both of those look great! That is why I want to go back to saddle with the Fathom green. I wish they had at least left the dash and steering column but it is completely black now. I will save and slowly turn it back saddle. Thank you both for the advice and pics.
