Default Local mechanic in SC

Ok, so while I’ll forever go to Jamison’s for major upgrades, anything body wise and replacements; he’s too busy and too far for the less complicated stuff.

I won’t touch a dealership, but does anyone have a good mechanic recommendation around Columbia? And yes I'm already in touch with the local corvette club, just soliciting from all avenues

Thanks in advance!
Mitch

Ask Kerry for a recommendation.

My friend uses a race car mechanic located in Columbia for his super truck (races at Florence and Dillion). I don't know if he would have the time to work on your car but Claude built my friend's ST and definitely knows engines, drive trains, and suspensions. Tomorrow we are tentatively driving up to Raleigh, NC to pick up a custom built engine for the ST. Claude will be installing the new engine and a new differential on the truck for Saturday's race at Florence. Let me know if you would like me to ask him. I'll PM you my phone number.

By the way...I am presently in Charleston. We live part-time here.
