Crazy Haps??
1st off I usually don't drive my 78 in the rain but on the way home from a show I used the wipers and when I thought the rain was over I shut them off and they parked but the right one did a little up/down movement until I completely stopped and they both stayed parked???
Tried it again just to check and bingo same thing happened!!!
Any clues out there my panel of C3 gurus??

Sounds like a park switch al0ng with the loose linkage.

IF you go to willcoxs troubleshooting pages he has a benchtest that you can do in the car to test it

If you purchase a new park switch and you have the Standard Wiper Motor Without the pulse option the correct 2 speed switch part number is GM 4960755
You can find them on e-bay selling for between $20.00 - $25.00.
Don't settle for a premium price from a Corvette Vendor...

Did a static check on the wiper operation with key on acc..
All speeds worked and when I turned it off no up/down when they parked??
One thing I noticed is the the switch/stalk plunger with the knurled **** and white arrow on it did nothing when actuated in every position???
When moved down as for as the stalk would go it did do a one time sweep and parked!!!
