Suspension components will need replacement bushings, the steering ram will likely seep/leak, U joints, there are lots ... these are all things that you will do as a project. On C3's. Frame, Bird cage. Drive train, these are the items I would focus on C3's hide their secrets well, everything else is maintenance. On the forum there is a ton of info on what to look for and where, put the pretty out of your head look to the bones and as the post above says "buy the best C3 you can afford" then add 50% oh and burn the receipts!
