i am putting my 69 no ac 427 car back together, the AIM isnt very clear and bubba had his hands in it before me. i am wondering if anyone knows or has a pic of the vacuum supply hose for the heater controls. there's a hole coming through the firewall near the wiper vac actuator and thats where the vac hose i think should come out, where does it join into the vac system? looks like it taps into the black hose with yellow stripe.
Yes that is the connection point. Small hose comes thru firewall then is tee into the large yellow hose. See photo yours does not have the metal piping as this is from a 72 but the connection point is about the same and diagram.
