Has anyone figured out how to upgrade the 1982 dash gauges. I figured out the center console gauges, but the speedometer and tac are a different issue. I purchased 5" Auto Meter's and it's not a close fit AT ALL. Any help is appreciated.
I appreciate the response. Looking at my dash, the face is completely circular. The bottom is straight across making it difficult. I think I'll have to create an acrylic faceplate and cut my own holes. Thanks again!
What I was working with How the back ended up after all cuts were made I cut a piece of acrylic, sanded it, painted it matte black, and screwed it to the factory housing minus the faceplate Final product Final product.
