IF your buying try and get him down to $21 to $25K...its just a stock model, no fancy options like headrests, telescopic steering (no tilt in 68) wrong fuel lines..... Does it have the hardtop? Yaaaa only worth his bottom line....
You should ask if it was always garaged and try and get under it to look at the frame...these box frames will rust from the inside out.

Found the listing...if its legit its a great car...IF you look at it see if all the firewall shielding it there. Check that drivers side headlight cover, something is up with the paint. Engine paint looks new but if it is truly a 25 thousand mile car it could be real...if he as all the registrations it would be a hell of an effort for a scam, and not to many would scam a base model

68 had plastic shields I believe, at the base of the firewall on the engine side, then more underneath to keep road debris from coming through the fiberglass firewall and floor. I think they went to steel in 69. Mine didnt have the originals intact.
Yes just noticed. Honestly something seems wrong. Listing has a lot of flips etc. like a dealer without the proper licenses or something. Going with my gut. This isn’t the car
