Default Wiring identification

Hoping to get some insight as to what this electrical line feeds. Looks like it’s coming from power. It’s along the interior of the drivers side fender. The other end is disconnected and I can’t find what it disconnected from. Thanks in advance.

Do you have the underhood light attached to the upper left side of the hood?

And the section of wire (orange) from the connector housing to the white plastic capsule is the fusible link 16 gauge.
This circuit us unprotected otherwise.
