Default Pay It Forward 2022

OK so it's earlier that traditional after thanks giving but with a year like 2020, 2021, 2022 as been we could all use some good news and good will so let the completely unofficial official opportunity to give back and Pay It Forward get underway

I still like the rules and words from Ret.Horsecop13... way back when

"For those new forum members, the purpose of this thread is to give something to another member free. Postage paid. You can then accept something else free from another member. If you are looking for a free gift and not offering anything, you missed the point! It's Christmas time and a time for giving!...

If you want an item offered post that you want it ,send a PM to the member and post your item. Hopefully this works great again this year!

No pay, no play. No requesting items

Special thanks to David Howard (AllC34Me) for the reminder and suggestion

I just took inventory of my C-3 Key Ring Holders and I have just two of these remaining. I have the 1968/69 Coupe or the 1973 Convertible available for one person. Plasma cut from 16 gauge steel and powder coated satin black they are 12" long by 6" tall and have six tabs for keys, straps, whatever. If you have given a gift but have not claimed one yet and you would be interested in one of these key holders just let me know by posting your interest here. I'll choose someone soon. Thank you and Merry Christmas. Both have been claimed now, thank you for looking. David

Default Carpet Plugs and Edelbrock Air Cleaner

I have a set of carpet retention plugs, looks to me like there are nine in the package. Also an Edelbrock air cleaner. This is the small, I believe 10 inch diameter model, has a two inch high filter in it. The base is a flat non-drop-down model and has a PCV connection tube that's been pinched closed. This also comes with an extra chrome lid without the Edelbrock script. Or that lid could go as a separate item if someone needs just it.

I have eight items to give away this year, still sorting through my stuff but here is what I have so far.

Item 2 - 1973-1974 NCRS Technical Information Manual and Judging Guide. This will ship via media mail. (Have One).Claimed by Peterbuilt and shipped.

Item 3 - 1973-1982 Electrical Wiring Diagrams (NCRS Publication) Will ship by media mail. (Have One). CLAIMED AND SHIPPED TO BLUE73SHARK.

Item 4 - Media Blasted rear vent cover pair. (I have one pair). (STILL AVAILABLE)

Item 5 - Heater Core (new) Purchased for my 1974 Convertible. New, never used. Non A/C Car. (Have One). CLAIMED BY GRANTSTIGERS AND SHIPPED.

Item 6, 7, & 8 are for a front cross member jacking plate kit that I made. All three Jacking plates claimed and shipped. Thank you. David

I'll look a bit more but this should be a good start.
Thanks for looking.

Thanks to all for setting this up again this year.

I have a poly bushing set for the upper and lower control arm bushings, what look like poly cushions for the front sway bar end links, rubber bump stops, and rubber rear spring cushions.

Default How does this "pay it forward "work?

I have an Edelbrock performer dual plane intake. Could really use the brake booster.

To answer your question about how this works, you first post an item to give away, and then you can claim an item that is being given away. You pay shipping unless other arrangements have been made with the requestor. We have been doing this for many years now with good success. I hope this helps.

Some leftovers from last year.

Male section of a seat belt. Came out of my 1972. Not correct but if you need something temporarily it will work.

Windshield wiper fluid water bottle i am not sure what year it belongs to but

I am passing these along. A forum member was kind enough to pass these to me but I can’t use them so here they are.

They are in ROUGH shape, but if someone can use them let me know. I believe that they are for a 1969 but will fit other years as well. Ike

Got to look through everything else. Ike

Also the trim on the door panel for the sport mirror, with retainer and set screw, for later rubber bumper cars.
