Can someone tell me what this is that is connected to my flasher? I am converting to LED lights so I purchased a new flasher and am wondering if this should be included.
It’s a noise suppressor so you don’t hear clicks on the radio while using the turn signal. I had intermittent random problems with my turn signals til I removed it

Actually they were Capacitors.
Another place one may have been installed during production or a service call was at the stop light switch.
In the 1977 Corvette Troubleshooting Manual it shows both Turn & Stop.
Each had it's own value...
